JP Interactive Viewer is a cloud-based software to manage and share 3D datasets with your teams.

Product Designer | Jul 2022 - Apr 2023

In a fast-paced startup environment, my role as a Product Designer building the JPIV involved managing the Design team, owning end-to-end features across our software, and contributing to product growth through experimentation and optimization of existing user journeys.

Challenge to Solution

The AEC and EPC industries struggle with complex workflows, multiple stakeholders, tight schedules and budgets. A single source of truth accessible to everyone in a cloud environment keeps collaboration smooth and helps save costly errors.

Tandamos gives you access to low interest credit and flexibility to configure your payment installs.

UX Lead | Jun 2021 - May 2022

Informal loan clubs in Mexico are called tandas, and 31% of the population participates. I was part of the Product and Growth teams designing our digital tanda MVP from scratch. I followed through our first product's lifecycle conducting +50 experiments and improving our acquisition, conversion and retention funnel.

Challenge to Solution

How can we translate a cultural, non-digital, and trust-based way of borrowing and saving money into a digital experience? was one of the many questions guiding our app's research, design, and experimentation process.

BCR is an app to create and share bicycle routes to encourage people to cycle more in their localities.

UX/UI Designer | 2021

Aimed at Mexico City residents who suffer from severe air pollution and traffic congestion problems. The complete UX process was developed from research to a high-fidelity interactive prototype.

Challenge to Solution

Key insights from research allowed the ideation of features based on a bike-logic search criteria instead of the car logic that dominates the roads.

Lead Designer & Developer | 2020

Collaborated in a team of four to build this Ruby on Rails web application. My role as a Lead Designer involved developing the product concept and the style guide, whilst I also implemented features as a developer.

Challenge to Solution

This dilemma social media was ideated to target the undecisive millenial with features like posting, voting, and commenting to provide opinions and reflections in a quick, fun, and unbiased way.

UX/UI Designer & Developer | 2021

UI redesign proposal based on a UX Heuristic Evaluation including Consistency and Standars, Flexibility and Efficiency of Use, Visibility of System Status & Help and documentation.

Challenge to Solution

How can we improve usability for new and returning users? was the question leading the redesign proposal. Less screens, accessibility considerations and a new concise visual code for the payment status of services were some of the improvements.
